SickA big thanks to the fine gentlemen shown above! Without the help of DJ Buffalo Phil on turntables, Buster Gutbucket on washtub bass, Sick on the freakiest fiddle ever and Mojo on harmonica, this CD would be what it is. Be sure to catch Buster Gutbusket and Friends every Tuesday night at BB Rovers. Looking for a gig? Stop by on a Tuesday night, Buster's always looking for new friends. Mojo has a cool open stage going at Club 115 also on Tuesday nights. DJ Buffalo Phil plays in another band called Thulsa Doom. Very cool stuff!

Saving the best for last, don't miss Sicks Pack, That Damned Band and/or the many other fine working bands that like to include the best damn fiddle player and musician extraordiare that Bourland has ever had the pleasure to meet. Yes ladies and gentlemen, I'm talking about SICK!  A note from the musical genius that is Sick!

What is Hillbilly Hick Hop, you say?
Pseudo country music with hip hop beats and a DJ scratching. Add a washtub bass and your on your way! Basically, I like DJ music, drum loops, country music, bluegrass and punk rock. I like bands like Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, The Beastie Boys, The Sex Pistols, Scott H. Biram, The Weary Boys, Beck, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Ray Wylie Hubbard etc...
